Msg does have an effect on people, including myself. But over many testings and going to doctors I have found that certain types of MSG affect me a lot more than others. Naturally occurring MSG like those found in tomatoes and other ingredients. Seems to be pretty good with my body. Chemically processed or other types of MSG. Make my heart race initially and then after a short while I will get a severe headache and nausea to the point that I have vomited more than once from it. It also depends on how much MSG is being used in the food that I eat. I don't avoid MSG all the time but I try to. Trust me. It sucks that I have to avoid it because it's so delicious!

I am one of your viewers that is very hard of hearing. Sometimes it is just the voices that makes it difficult and other times background noises completely cancel out the voices so I appreciate every episode that you have enabled captions to begin with. But what I also extremely appreciate is these early episodes where you have physically put in the work to caption English and whatever the other language is (Taiwanese Japanese. I am completely unsure) but it makes it so much easier to understand you instead of relying on the auto captions for English. There are so many times when the auto captions are wrong and make completely difficult or funny mistakes in what you are saying vs what the captions say. There are times even in your newer episodes where the captions have made very funny errors that you are saying extremely naughty things when that's not the case! Now, when you have over 1.5 million followers, I would hope that you could offer this work to someone else or have the time yourself to continue to do these beautiful captions on your own, and that would be a wonderful exchange to the viewers that are having a hard time hearing things. I know this is just a comment on an old video so I'm not even sure you'll see it, respond to it, or even be able to act on the suggestion. Thank you very much for all the work you've done in the past to now, though! I still love your videos no matter when they were made! ❤
